Our Story
Black Cap Coffee originally opened in Stowe village in 2010. It came under its current ownership in 2012. Our second location in Morrisville opened in the summer of 2017. We became the curators of the wonderful historic building in the Waterbury train station in 2022. We are optimistic about the future!
We strive to be a welcoming place where everyone wants to come and hang out, have some caffeine and some tasty treats, and spend time with friends. We are popular with locals and tourists alike. Come by for a maple latte and one of our house made, fresh with local ingredients delicious pastries, or one of our reputed sandwiches!
